Having trouble with your IMCO G77R lighting? Maybe it is the Flint?
Here is a great link on how to change the flint!
Enjoy
I believe I mentioned, a couple of weeks ago, that I acquired my first Peterson Pipe off of EBay for $14.95. It does however have a cracked bowl (see image). But, I love it the same!
I’ve been doing some research online about how to fill cracks and pits in pipe bowls, and, several folks recommend a DAP filler product called “Plastic Wood”. So, I plan on heading down to the hardware store and picking some up and then filling the cracks, sanding it gently, then staining it to see if I can get it to match pretty closely. They’ll probably be a little discoloration as the filler will probably not accept the stain in the same manner as the briar does. I’ll keep you posted on how it works out.
If someone knows of a better way, just let me know.

You just sat down for an evening smoke, filled your pipe, leaned back in your chair and…….you lighter won’t light!
If you’ve ever had this problem you know how frustrating it can be. Well, here are a few quick tips that should get you puffing again in no time.
1. Bleed your lighters butane tank. Often air can get trapped inside the tank and prohibit the fuel from getting to the nozzle.
2. Refill your lighter with premium butane fuel. Frequently the issue with the lighter is not the lighter at all, but the fuel. For complete instructions on how to refill your lighter with butane just click here to view my recent blog post
3. Let your lighter warm up to room temperature and you should be good to go.
Enjoy!
